For us to happily accept your return, the item needs to be unused and still in its original, sealed packaging. Please note that gift sets must be returned as a complete set, not as individual parts.

How to Return
To return an order, simply request a return online using the email address you used at checkout.
You’ll receive a verification code by email, which will give you access to your order and allow you to submit your return request. Once submitted, we’ll send you a follow-up email with step-by-step instructions to complete the return.
Processing Time
As soon as your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days after warehouse arrival. While high-volume periods may cause slight delays, your refund is always our priority.
Please note that banks may take 5–7 business days to post the refund.
